Hello everyone,
I need your help again.
Rachel Ware, a student from The Royal Ballet School, is off to Boston Ballet in September. Rachel has entered this competition to help with the cost of flights to Boston.
Rachel's appliction is at an earlier stage than Izzy's was when we started to follow her story - so this time her profile needs to be rated. The higher her rating is, the greater the chance that Rachel will be short-listed.
Please do take a look at the link and see what you think. You made such a difference to Izzy's number of votes - I hope we can give another young dancer some help to follow her dreams & make it back home to her family for Christmas and holidays. They are very close and it would mean the world if we could secure this win for Rachel.
Thanks for coming on my blog, keep coming. You have lots of knowledge about ballet, I will keep reading, it will improve my knowledge.
ReplyDeleteThank you
Hi and thanks for visiting my blog. I love ballet, but have absolutely no exposure to it out here in the middle of nowhere, so your blog is fascinating to me :)
ReplyDeleteHi, I rated 5 stars, hope it will help :-)
ReplyDeleteI like many others am not very knowledgable about ballet except I think it is very graceful and I love to watch
ReplyDeleteThank you for stopping by my blog. I appreciate it. Your blogs reminds me of the days my daughter was dancing, although never professionally. I still have boxes of toe shoes in the closet...
ReplyDeleteHi! Thank you so much for stopping by and reading my blog (succulentshiksa), I really appreciate the support!
ReplyDeleteI know nothing about ballet, other than it is quite beautiful, so I look forward to learning lots!
Warmly,
Colleen
Hi Elise
ReplyDeletethanks for popping over!
I did "ballet" for a short period as a young girl and I very occasionally go to the theatre in Joburg when an international troupe is visiting, but that isn't often. I see more troops (of baboons) in the bush :-)
See you again
Janet

ReplyDeleteHi, Elise: Thanks for stopping by my blog. Made my day. Your blog is very interesting at well. If I had to choose between singing and dancing (and I can't do either one), I would definitely choose dancing. These pictures are beautiful!

ReplyDeleteThanks so much for reading and commenting on my blog! I just recently changed the name/address back to wolfwearssheep.blogspot.com. Hopefully, it's not too confusing.
I notice that you're a journalist. I just graduated from journalism school myself. :)
ballet is a beautiful form of art. i'll pop on over and place a vote. and thank you for visiting my blog and your sweet comment!
ReplyDeleteI just popped over to visit through the comment that you left on my site. I have completely enjoyed my visit and the cupcake and conversation interviews are very intertaining. I hope Rachel gets all the votes she needs to put her in the top. I, like others here, no nothing of ballet except that it's beautiful to watch and takes a great athlete to perform. I will be back to learn more.
ReplyDeleteShe looks absolutely fantastic. my childhood dream was to be a ballerina and though i didn't end up being one, I still love reading about your ballet, that's why i love your blog.
ReplyDeleteBy the way, i've given you an award, and remember to enter my giveaway too! http://trishiekoh.blogspot.com/2009/08/yayan-award-and-giveaway.html
